Overview
This billing policy outlines the charges and payment procedures for listing vehicles on greenapp.ng. Vehicle owners or sellers can list their vehicles by paying a fee, and intended customers can view these listings and contact the sellers.
Fee Structure
Listing Fee : A fixed fee is charged to vehicle owners/sellers for each vehicle listed.
Basic Listing: ₦2000 for a 31 days period.
VIP CAR Dealers:If this user pays the required discounted fee, they enjoy 50% discount on their first 10 listings
Payment Terms
Payments for listings are required upfront and can be made through various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or bank transfers.
All payments must be made in Naira and are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Upon successful payment, the listing will be activated and remain live for the specified duration.
Renewals and Extensions
Sellers can renew or extend their vehicle listings after the expiration date by paying the applicable renewal fee.
Refund Policy
Non-refundable Fees:All listing fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a service failure or an error caused by the website that prevents the listing from being published
Disputes and Refund Requests:Refund requests due to technical issues or disputes should be submitted within 7 days of the issue. The company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances.
Modifications to Listings
Sellers can modify their listings (e.g., update the vehicle information or price) at no additional charge during the active period.
Changes to Billing Policy
The greenapp.ng reserves the right to modify the billing policy, including fee structures and payment terms, at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through email or a notification on the website 90 days before the changes take effect.
